For   the   2021/22   season   the   Club   are   launching   a   100   Club   in   order   to   raise   funds   for   charity   and   the Club. Entry   is   £60   for   the   year   (broken   down   as   £5.00   per   month)   and   upon   joining   you   receive   a   number   which   remains   with   you   throughout   your membership of the 100 Club. Full rules are shown at the bottom of this page. To join the 100 Club please see a member of our Committee or sign up behind the bar. NEXT DRAW Friday 6th August 2021 - 8.30pm at Aberaman Park DRAW RESULTS August 6th 2021 1st prize: 2nd prize: 3rd prize: 100 CLUB RULES 1.   The   subscription   to   the   100   Club   for   one   number   shall   be   £60   per   year   payable   either   monthly   or   annually   in   advance   by   cash   or   BACS   (details will be provided upon request). This will give members one number which will be placed in 12 draws (i.e. cost is £5 per month). 2.  Members may have multiple subscriptions. 3.  Anybody over 16 years of age can become a member of the 100 Club and you are encouraged to get family and friends to join. 4.  The 100 Club shall not be limited to 100 members. The more numbers we sell, the bigger the prizes. 5.   There   is   no   provision   to   opt   in/out   on   a   month   by   month   basis. The   normal   100   club   year   will   start   in August.   Payments   will   need   to   be   made   by 31st July. 6.    Members   joining   after   the   start   of   the   usual   100   Club   membership   year   will   be   charged   a   pro-rata   amount   for   the   rest   of   the   year   and   entered   in the next available draw following payment 7.  A member is eligible for inclusion in the draw so long as the subscription for that month has been paid. A member's number is not transferrable. 8.    Unless   otherwise   advised,   a   member   will   be   deemed   to   have   left   the   100   club   if   his   or   her   renewal   of   subscription   remains   unpaid   for   a   period of one month. 9.    Each   member   is   allocated   a   permanent   number   in   the   monthly   draw.   This   number   shall   remain   the   member’s   provided   their   subscription   is   up to date. 10.    Members   wishing   to   leave   the   100   club   will   do   so   at   the   end   of   the   club   membership   for   that   year.   Refunds   will   not   be   given   for   people   wishing to withdraw before the year end (31st of July). 11.    New   members   will   be   admitted   when   numbers   become   available. A   waiting   list   will   be   kept   and   numbers   will   be   offered   to   the   first   person   on the list. 12.  There shall be one prize draw per month. The draw for each month shall be made on the first Friday of each month at the ground at 20:30 13.  Monthly prizes will be awarded according to membership of the 100 Club for that month as follows: - 50% of the month’s net payments will make up the prize fund - The prize fund will be paid out each month as 3 prizes (50% first prize, 30% second prize and 20% third prize) - 40% of the net payments will be allocated to the Football Club’s current account. - 10% of the remaining net payments will be allocated to a chosen charity as determined by the football club committee 14.    At   each   monthly   draw   three   numbers   will   be   drawn.   The   first   number   drawn   shall   win   the   first   prize,   the   second   number   drawn   shall   win   the second prize and the third number drawn shall win the third prize 15.  Only one prize can be won per number per draw. 16.   The   allocation   of   numbers   and   draw   results   will   be   available   from   the   100   club   administrator   upon   request. There   will   be   updates   placed   on   the Clubs website (www.aberdaretownfc.co.uk), in the match day programme and on display in the Club House. 17.  The Club treasurer will pay the winners within a reasonable period after the monthly draw by cash, cheque or BACS. 18.  If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into the Club's funds after 6 months of the winning draw. 19.  The decision of the Committee shall be final in all matters. 20.    The   Committee   shall   have   the   power   to   amend   or   revoke   these   rules   at   their   absolute   discretion   with   such   reasonable   notice   to   the   100   Club members as is necessary
