ABERAMAN PARK Cardiff Road Abercwmboi Aberdare CF44 6HA Nearest train station: Cwmbach
Aberaman Park is our home ground and main headquarters. The   ground   is   used   for   all   home   games   for   our   men’s,   women’s   and   under   19   matches   and   there   are   two   car   parks,   two turnstiles,   a   refreshment   hut,   270   seater   stand,   licenced   club   house   and   a   floodlighting   system   that   was   up   to   UEFA   standards when they were installed. The   entire   ground   is   enclosed   following   the   installation   of   a   new   fence   in   2020   and   further   upgrades   are   planned,   especially within the Club House. Directions:    The   ground   is   situated   between   Abercwmboi   and   Aberaman   and   is   just   off   of   the   roundabout   next   to   Home Bargains.      A   bus   service   from   Aberdare   can   drop   you   right   outside   the   ground   and   if   travelling   by   train   if   you   disembark   at Cwmbach (Cardiff to Aberdare service), it is a short walk to the ground.
MIKES FIELD Aberaman Nearest train station: Cwmbach
Mikes Field is where our boys and girls play their junior football matches as well as some training. There   are   basic   changing   room   facilities   and   it   is   an   RCT   owned   and   maintained   facility   which   is   used   by   several   different   clubs both adult and junior. Directions:    There   is   no   official   postcode   for   this   ground   however   the   easiest   directions   to   reach   the   ground   is   to   go   to   the   One Stop   Shop   at   25-28   Lewis   Street,   Aberaman,   CF44   6PY   and   follow   the   directional   signs   which   will   take   you   over   the   bridge   of the A4059 and then you will drive parallel with that road until you reach the car park.
THE YNYS Sobbell Leisure Centre Aberdare CF44 7RP Nearest train station: Aberdare
Based   within   the   grounds   of   Aberdare   Community   School   and   Sobbell   Leisure   Centre   is   grass   pitches   and   a   floodlit   3G   pitch which is where all of our junior football takes place along with training for our adult sides. Directions:    Heading   out   of   town   centre   towards   Aberaman   there   is   a   roundabout   which   would   take   you   towards   the   School.     This   is   the   car   park   to   use   for   any   visits   to   the Ynys.     The   entrance   to   the   Sobbell   Leisure   Centre   off   of   the   roundabout   (which   is next   to   the   train   station)   means   you   won’t   be   able   to   park   near   the   pitches   so   please   use   the   next   roundabout   as   detailed above.
